Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Commerce/Accounting background Shift: 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST✔ US Process: US Accounting / US Process Experience Required ️ Preferred: Prior Construction Accounting Experience About the Role-We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping Specialist with solid hands-on experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, and AP operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing accounting transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end activities, and bookkeeping support across multiple entities. Prior experience in construction accounting will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities-Perform Accounts Payable data entry and transaction processing. Record financial transactions accurately and ensure proper account classification. Perform bank reconciliations and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.



Provide support for financial reporting and preparation of accounting schedules and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, adjustments, and supporting schedules. Prepare and support journal entries, including intercompany transactions and complex accounting entries. Support accounting activities related to property/lot sales and development transactions. Perform end-to-end bookkeeping support across operating, holding, development, rental, and investment entities. Perform catch-up bookkeeping for designated entities and ensure accounting records are current and accurate. Review transactions and supporting documentation to identify missing information, discrepancies, unusual transactions, or accounting inconsistencies.
