Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee – Technical Support to join our IT team. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates who want to start their career in IT support, end user computing and system administration.
The trainee will assist with day-to-day IT operations including laptop deployment, hardware troubleshooting, M365 user support, network issues, printer setup, assisting with new user onboarding and providing technical assistance to employees.
