This gives our team exposure to both sides of the ecosystem investors looking for opportunities and founders building them.

nTeam members get hands-on exposure to venture investing, startup analysis, investor relations, fundraising, deal execution, and ecosystem building , working closely with founders, investors, and the leadership team.

nWe are seeking a highly driven and analytically solid Management Trainee to join our
nInvestment & Launchpad (Incubation) team. This role sits at the intersection of capital
nmarkets, venture investing, and startup ecosystem building, offering hands-on exposure to
ninvestor engagement, early-stage startup evaluation, and incubation operations.
nThe ideal candidate combines sales orientation with financial acumen, and thrives in a
nfast-paced, high-impact environment working closely with investors, founders, and internal
nleadership.
