nWe are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients business vertical for a rapidly growing specialty ingredients organization
n
nThis is a greenfield leadership opportunity for a commercially strong professional with deep expertise in the personal care & cosmetic ingredients industry , strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a business from the ground up.

n What We're Looking For
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline.n
- 10+ years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry.n
- Strong experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Business Leadership .n
- Established network across cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers .n




- Track record of launching new product lines or building new business verticals.n
- Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning and people leadership skills.n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a business from scratch .n
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.n
