nWe are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Representatives/Sales Counsellors and experienced Team Leaders to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, promoting our career-focused programs, and driving successful enrollments.

nCandidates with relevant sales experience will be considered for the Sales Representative/Sales Counsellor role, while candidates with proven team-handling and sales leadership experience may be considered for the Team Leader position.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, a strong sales mindset,



and the ability to convert opportunities into successful enrollments. Team Leader candidates should additionally have robust leadership, team-management, coaching, and performance-monitoring skills.

n• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals
