Job Description Responsibilities:
n• Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
n• Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinatingwith contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
n• Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations.
n• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE’s brand.
n• Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects.
n• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction.
n• Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards
n• Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.
n• Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client
n• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
