Job Description Business Development:
n
n- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
n
n- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
n
n- Build a robust sales pipeline across target industries.
n
n- Identify large outsourcing opportunities for Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Payroll, Landscaping, and Total IFM solutions.
n
n- Develop key account strategies for enterprise customers.
n
n Client Acquisition:
n
n- Engage CXOs, CHROs, Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, and Administration leaders.
n
n- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and solution presentations.
n
n- Understand client pain points and design customized IFM solutions.
n
n- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.
n
n Tender & Proposal Management:
n
n- Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
n
n- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial proposals.
n
n- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining target margins.




n
n Relationship Management:
n
n- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
n
n- Ensure smooth transition of newly won projects to operations.
n
n- Drive customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
n
n Market Intelligence:
n
n- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
n
n- Identify emerging opportunities in healthcare, education, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate sectors.
n
n- Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events.
n
n Team Leadership:
n
n- Mentor and coach Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.

n- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews.

n- Drive a high-performance sales culture with accountability and discipline.
