About the Role
IIM SKILLS is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Admissions to lead and manage a high-performing admissions sales team at our Noida Sector 2 office.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales team management, preferably within the EdTech industry, with a proven ability to manage large teams, drive revenue, improve conversions, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a 20+ member Admissions Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive admissions, revenue, and conversion through effective sales strategies and funnel management.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, including calls, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and productivity.




- Set individual and team-level targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve team productivity.
- Analyze sales reports, conversion metrics, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the team in handling escalations and closing high-value admissions.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, lead management, follow-ups, and adherence to defined sales processes.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-admission conversion and overall sales efficiency.
- Work closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and business updates to senior management.
- Build and maintain a high-performance, accountable, and target-driven sales culture.
