Sportstech is strengthening its in-house Performance Marketing team, and Microsoft Advertising is an significant growth channel alongside Google Ads.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Microsoft Bing Ads who will take end-to-end ownership of Microsoft Advertising across our key European markets, including DACH, France, Italy, and Spain .
You will be responsible for building Microsoft Ads into a scalable and profitable acquisition channel by identifying incremental demand, improving campaign efficiency, optimizing Shopping and product feeds, and leveraging emerging opportunities such as Microsoft Copilot advertising .
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong paid-search expertise with analytical thinking, commercial ownership, and a hands-on approach to campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Advertising campaigns end-to-end , including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Copilot placements across European markets.
- Take accountability for campaign budgets, performance, profitability, and return on advertising spend.




- Build and expand Microsoft Ads coverage using intelligent Google Ads imports while adapting campaigns specifically for Microsoft audiences instead of simply duplicating existing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Merchant Center product feeds , including feed structure, product quality, disapprovals, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor and achieve performance targets including ROAS, CPA, and KUR .
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing across multiple markets and campaign types.
- Optimize Copilot and AI-driven campaign placements using appropriate assets, audience signals, exclusions, and conversational advertising copy.
- Own Microsoft Ads conversion tracking, including UET tags , and ensure tracking accuracy across the wider measurement setup.
- Plan and execute structured A/B tests across bidding strategies, audiences, ad copy, product feeds, and campaign configurations.
