nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Manager to drive project sales, manage customer relationships and achieve booking and revenue targets.
nThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, coordinating site visits, managing negotiations and supporting customers throughout the property purchase process.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales for the assigned real estate project.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.n
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.n
- Present project details, specifications, amenities, pricing and payment plans.n
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.n
- Manage negotiations and support customers through booking closure.n
- Achieve individual sales, site-visit,



conversion and booking targets.n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system.n
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and booking status.n
- Coordinate with the Project Sales Manager, Marketing, Finance and Documentation teams.n
- Assist customers with booking forms, payment procedures and required documentation.n
- Generate referrals and strengthen customer and channel-partner relationships.n
- Participate in project events, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.n
- Share customer feedback, market insights and competitor information with management.n
- Ensure transparent, skilled and compliant communication with customers.n
- Support the smooth functioning of the project sales office.n

nMandatory Qualifications and Experience
n
- n
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is mandatory.n
- Minimum 3–5
