n About the Role




nWe’re looking for an exceptional Operations & People Manager to become one of the key members of Seektra’s growing team.
nThis is not a traditional HR role.
nYou will oversee the day-to-day operations of our India office, recruit outstanding talent, support the team, coordinate finance and administration, and ensure the business runs smoothly as Seektra continues to scale.
nYou will work closely with the founder, leadership, product, technology, content, and creative teams.
nThe right person will be highly organized, proactive, confident in English, comfortable taking ownership, and excited about working in a fast-moving AI startup.
