We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to oversee financial accounting, reporting, taxation, audits, treasury, compliance, and financial control functions. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, effective working capital management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with auditors, bankers, tax advisors, and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Financial Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
- Lead the finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, schedules, and notes to accounts .
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal accounting policies.
- Review account reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and year-end closing activities.

2. Audit & Assurance
- Coordinate with statutory auditors,



internal auditors, tax auditors, and management/special audit teams .
- Provide required financial information, schedules, documents, and explanations to auditors.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor audit compliance and maintain proper audit documentation.

3. Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of intercompany balances.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between group entities.

4. Taxation & Tax Planning
- Oversee corporate taxation, tax planning, tax audit, assessments, and related statutory matters.
- Handle Income Tax search and seizure matters, block assessments, special audits, and tax-related proceedings .
- Coordinate with tax consultants and advisors on complex taxation matters.
