nJob Summary
nWe are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in Application/Production Support, with positive knowledge of Linux, SQL and Oracle, and are comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

- Immediate joiners, or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period will be preferred.n
- Candidate who is already staying in Chennai, or Mumbai will only be considered, as there will be a face-to-face round of interview.n

nKey Responsibilities

- n




- Provide L1/L2 application and production support for business-critical applications.n
- Monitor applications and production environments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.n
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and perform initial root-cause analysis.n
- Handle incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs.n
- Monitor system/application performance and identify potential issues proactively.n
- Work with internal technical teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure-related issues.n
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux/Unix environments.n
- Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.n
- Work with Oracle databases for basic database-related troubleshooting and support activities.n
- Analyse application logs and identify errors/issues.n
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams.n
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions
