nCanvas Partition Systems is looking for a commercially sharp and field-driven Business Development Manager to develop opportunities within Ahmedabad’s premium residential market.
nThe role involves identifying upcoming bungalows, luxury residences and residential schemes; connecting with homeowners, architects and interior designers; understanding project requirements; and converting qualified opportunities into confirmed orders.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n• Identify upcoming bungalow projects, premium residences and residential schemes across Ahmedabad
n• Build a reliable database of architects, interior designers, homeowners, developers and relevant project contacts
n• Conduct regular market visits, project visits and client meetings
n• Present Canvas partition solutions based on the space,



design intent and functional requirements of each project
n• Build robust relationships with architects and interior designers to generate project specifications and referrals
n• Follow up consistently from the initial enquiry through consultation, quotation and final closure
n• Coordinate internally with the design, technical and execution teams for accurate proposals and smooth project handover
n• Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and expected closures
n• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
n• Track competitor activity and emerging opportunities in Ahmedabad’s premium residential market
