- Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodologyn
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsn
- Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processesn
- Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developmentsn
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation supportn
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process executionn




- Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementationsn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutionsn
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standardsn
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration pointsn
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharingn
- Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementationn
