nKey Responsibilities

- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.) using Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) languages.n
- Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with integration to MS Access or SQL databases for reporting and data logging.n
- Configure, test, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.n
- Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, servo motors, and motion control systems (e.g., Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens).n
- Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems.n
- Perform system testing, commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test),



and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at customer sites.n
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and field devices.n
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operation manuals.n
- Collaborate with electrical and software design teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.n
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.n
- Pan India Customer Site Support & Traveln
- 2 years of experience as Automation Engineer.n
