nOpportunity seeking for German MNC
nWe are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).n
- Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.n
- Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.n
- Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.n




- Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.n
- Prepare general layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.n
- Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.n
- Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.n
- Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.n
- Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.n
- Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.n
- Solid project management, team collaboration, and communication skills.n

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.n
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM modeling.n
