Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical skills to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions while aligning system capabilities with HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Configure and support Oracle HRMS,



Payroll, SSHR, and Absence Management modules.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Payroll and Absence Management.
- Map business processes to Oracle HCM functionalities and recommend solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
- Develop test scenarios, execute UAT support, and validate system changes.
- Create user guides and conduct end-user training sessions.

Technical Responsibilities:
- Customize Oracle EBS HCM applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Perform OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
- Develop custom HR applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows using Oracle APEX.
- Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading using SQL Loader, APIs, and custom scripts.
