Labsol Enterprises is a growing company dealing in Laboratory Equipment, Scientific Instruments, Cleanroom Equipment, Autoclaves, Biosafety Cabinets, Analytical Instruments, Test Chambers and other laboratory solutions for pharmaceutical, healthcare, research, industrial and institutional customers.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader who can take ownership of our sales team, improve day-to-day sales performance and directly drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily activities, calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations and conversions of each sales executive.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance/coaching to team members.




- Set individual targets and track performance against KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.

Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B sales of laboratory equipment, scientific instruments and cleanroom-related products.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, lead generation, references, online enquiries and market development.
- Identify and develop current customers across pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, universities, manufacturing industries and other relevant sectors.
- Personally handle important/key accounts and high-value enquiries.
- Develop long-term relationships with purchase managers, QA/QC heads, R&D; teams, laboratory heads, project consultants and decision-makers.

Sales Process & Reporting
- Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure proper lea
