- We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support staff to handle troubleshooting and customer service for solar inverters and energy storage systems.n
- The work content is routine and the position is stable.n

n2 Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systemsn
- Resolve technical issues via remote guidance or on-site servicen
- Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configurationn
- Deliver basic technical training to business partnersn
- Track operating status of equipment and compile regular basic reportsn
- Cooperate with in office inspection work as requiredn

n3 Job Requirements

- n




- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy Minimum 1 year relevant working experiencen
- Possess basic professional knowledge of solar inverter and battery energy storage systems Capable of simple circuit and PCB fault diagnosis Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)n
