About the Role

nWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT & Facilities Administrator to manage BOMBAYDC’s day-to-day IT operations and office facilities. The role will have a mix of IT administration, office infrastructure, vendor management and supervision of facility staff.
n
nThe ideal candidate should be someone who can independently manage operational requirements, troubleshoot IT issues, coordinate with vendors and ensure the office is well-maintained and running smoothly every day.

n Key Responsibilities

nIT Administration
n
- n
- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, printers, Wi-Fi and other IT assets.n
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.n
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective, including device allocation, access creation/revocation and device recovery.n
- Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and track repairs, warranties, replacements and AMC requirements.n




- Manage employee access to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and other SaaS applications.n
- Coordinate with internet, hardware, software and IT service providers.n
- Ensure basic IT security, backups, antivirus/endpoint protection and access controls are maintained.n
- Identify and resolve recurring IT issues proactively.n

nFacilities & Office Administration

- Manage the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of the office, ensuring a clean, secure and well-maintained workplace.n
- Supervise and manage housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance and other facility staff.n
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor attendance and ensure staff follow defined schedules and standards.n
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, repairs, maintenance, internet, office supplies and other services.n
- Monitor office infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, meeting rooms, pantry and general maintenance.
