nMirav Labs is building an AI-powered Clinic Management Platform designed to transform how clinics and healthcare organisations manage their day-to-day operations, patient engagement and workflows.
nWe are looking for a Sales & Business Development Co-Founder to lead the commercial journey from early customers to a scalable healthcare technology business.

nThis is a founder role — not a conventional sales job.
nYou will own:

- Go-to-market and sales strategyn
- Building relationships with clinics, hospitals and healthcare groupsn
- Acquiring the first set of key customersn
- Strategic partnerships and distribution channelsn
- Building and scaling the sales organisationn
- Bringing customer and market insights into product strategyn

nMust Have
n Proven leadership experience in Sales / Business Development within:

- Clinic Management / Hospital Management Softwaren
- HealthTech / Healthcare Technologyn
- Hospital or Clinic SaaSn
- Medical technology / digital healthcaren
- BTech/MBA from a Tier 1 College would be preferredn
- Minimum 7 years of experiencen

nYou should have a strong understanding of how doctors/clinics/small hospitals buy technology , an established network among doctors/clinics, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
nWe are particularly interested in someone who has built markets, opened new accounts and driven revenue—not simply managed an existing sales pipeline.
