Role Summary
Director – Operations Strategy, will be responsible for tracking, making progress, and appropriately closing the initiatives and projects driven out of the Chief Delivery Officer’s office. This will include programs where our technology products are being deployed and their effectiveness, challenges in business programs and follow through on the turnaround, program transformation initiatives, analytics-driven decision-making and strategic business initiatives. The role partners closely with Delivery Leaders, Client Management Team, Process Excellence Teams, Technology Functions, other business stakeholders across our global footprint to improve operational performance, enhance client outcomes, and drive sustainable business impact.
