About the Role
n
nWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the organisation. The role will work closely with finance, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust reporting, compliance, and financial controls.

nWhat You’ll Do

- n
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports, management reports, and key financial schedules with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.n
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and variance analysis.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial reporting policies.n
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse financial data, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to management.n
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and regulatory audits by providing relevant schedules, documentation, and explanations.n
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial reporting processes, controls, and reporting automation.n

nWhat You’ll Need
n

- n
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, accounting, or finance operations. Experience in banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.n
- Good knowledge of Ind AS/Indian GAAP and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.n
