Role DescriptionnWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Electronic Components & Semiconductor Sales to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead our sales activities.
nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
nThe role includes managing the complete sales cycle—from customer acquisition and lead generation to RFQs, BOM opportunities, quotations, negotiation, order conversion, and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Drive B2B sales of Electronic Components and Semiconductors.n
- Develop recent customers and business opportunities.n




- Build relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, ODMs, Design Houses, and Industrial Customers.n
- Manage RFQs, BOMs, MPNs, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order conversion.n
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.n
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and sales forecast.n
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.n
- Work closely with sourcing and supplier teams to support customer requirements.n
- Monitor market trends, component availability, pricing, lead times, and new business opportunities.n
