- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to develop commercially viable designs for the value retail market.n
- Translate international trends into value retail-friendly designs suitable for Indian consumers.n
- Track competitor brands and marketplacen
- and Flipkart to identify best sellers and pricing strategies.n
- Create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product designs aligned with brand direction.n
- Develop multiple design options within defined price points ensuring trend relevance & cost efficiency.n
- Prepare tech packs and coordinate with sampling, sourcing, and merchandising teams for product development.n
- Review proto and fit samples, providing design corrections to achieve the desired look and fit.n




- Collaborate with graphic designers for prints and surface developments.n
- Track sales performance and best sellers to guide future design decisionsn

nExperience : 3 to 6 Years
n

nEducation : Minimum qualification – Graduation & Post graduation in fashion designing, preferably from Top fashion institute.
n

nKey Skills and Attributes:
n
n• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw etc
n• Robust communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
n• Portfolio of work
n• Candidates from Retail/Ecommerce industry preferred
