We are Hiring for Project Manager – Oracle NetSuite ERP Experience: 5+ Years Location: New Delhi (Work from office) Notice Period: [Immediate / 15 / 30 Days Preferred] Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation project management . The ideal candidate must have independently managed end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects , from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support. The candidate should have robust project management, stakeholder management, delivery management, risk management, and functional knowledge of NetSuite . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects . Own project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables . Manage multiple implementation workstreams and cross-functional teams. Lead client and business stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and project governance.



Drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions. Coordinate NetSuite configuration, customization, integrations, and technical activities. Oversee data migration, data mapping, testing, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare . Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations. Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and management updates. Coordinate with NetSuite functional consultants, technical teams, developers, integration teams, and business users. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards . Manage post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
