n* Lead and manage real estate sales activities
n* Handle client meetings, presentations & negotiations
n* Generate leads through calls, follow-ups & networking
n* Coordinate and accompany clients for project site visits
n* Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets
n* Guide & support the sales team in achieving goals
n* Maintain sales MIS, pipeline & client records
n* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade & industry events
n* Participate in training and periodic sales review meetings
