Handle walk-in customers and resolve queries Cross-sell banking products (CASA, loans, insurance) Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Support branch operations and compliance Assist in account opening and documentation

Participate in local marketing activities Generate leads for current accounts and services Maintain MIS and reports
