Primary Responsibilities
- Handle business account queries and resolve issues
Cross-sell banking products (CASA, loans, insurance)
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Support branch operations and compliance
Assist in account opening and documentation

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in local marketing activities
Generate leads for recent accounts and services
Maintain MIS and reports
