Monitor repayments and minimize delinquencies by ensuring timely collections.
Assist in cash handling and safe documentation during gold loan processing (if required).
Support the branch in enhancing profitability through quality sourcing and customer retention

Non-financial Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and community outreach to source gold loan customers.
Verify gold and KYC documents, ensure accurate data entry and loan application processing.
Provide clear communication to customers on interest rates, terms, and repayment schedules.
