Zoho Implementation & Automation Specialist

Job Description
Location: Hi Lite Business Park, Calicut
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation & Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho applications to streamline business operations and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities
· Implement and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho SalesIQ, and other Zoho applications.
· Customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation based on business requirements.
· Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and APIs.
· Migrate customer and financial data from existing systems to Zoho.
· Design reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
· Train employees on Zoho applications and provide ongoing technical support.
· Troubleshoot system issues and optimize existing Zoho implementations.
· Collaborate with management to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes.

Requirements




· Proven experience in implementing and customizing the Zoho One ecosystem.
· Robust knowledge of:
· Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho People, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics
· Experience with workflow automation, Deluge scripting, and API integrations is highly preferred.
· Understanding of sales, accounting, customer support, and business operations.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
· Experience in user training and documentation is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
· Zoho Certified Professional (preferred but not mandatory).
· 2+ years of experience in Zoho implementation and business process automation.
