Tax Consultant II - Tax Transformation Consulting – Provision & Compliance

Join Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited and support US-based clients as they modernize and strengthen their tax functions. This role sits within Tax Transformation Consulting and focuses on provision and compliance transformation, including ASC 740 processes, tax technology implementation, and process improvement. You will help clients improve reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency by combining tax knowledge with technology-enabled solutions. Work you'll do

As a Tax Consultant II on the Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) team, you will be responsible for:

Support tax provision and compliance engagements, with a focus on ASC 740 processes and controls.
Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and automation of tax software for provision and compliance workflows.
Analyze tax and financial data to identify process gaps, improve accuracy,



and drive efficiency in reporting and compliance activities.
Prepare client-ready documentation, status updates, and detailed process materials, and support process improvement and tax department redesign efforts.
Work on the design and development of tax solutions and apply technology skills in application implementation, data wrangling, and analytics.
