Operations Manager — HR, Admin & Compliance
Location: Dubai, UAE (relocation from India supported — visa provided)
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Team: HR, Administration and Compliance report into this role
Industry: Outsourced bank sales (DSA) — credit cards, personal loans, mortgages

About the role
We run a 300-strong sales floor for leading UAE banks. Our sales teams have one job: bring in the numbers. Your job is to make sure nothing ever gets in their way.

You will lead three capable teams — HR, Administration and Compliance — who already know their work. You are not here to do their work for them. You are here to build the processes, set the rhythm, and make sure everything happens on time, every time, like clockwork.

We are looking for someone from India who has run operations for a bank DSA or outsourced sales business, and who understands how recruitment, HR, and compliance work in that world.

What you will do
Build and own the SOPs Write clear, simple standard operating procedures for recruitment, onboarding, exits, visa processing, payroll,



grievances and compliance — and then make sure they are actually followed. Every day.

Keep recruitment running Daily hiring drives, a full pipeline, and enough joiners every month to stay ahead of attrition. Never let a sales seat sit empty.

Make onboarding and exits quick and clean New joiners on the floor quickly and correctly. Exits closed properly — access, assets, bank codes, final settlement — within days, not weeks.

Run the daily and weekly rhythm A short daily review of what is stuck. Weekly one-on-ones with your team leads. A monthly one-page report to the COO. No surprises, ever.

Be the person people can come to Sales officers, managers and heads should be able to reach you easily and get an answer quickly. Grievances get heard and resolved fast, so people stay focused on selling.
