Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting loan and insurance products, and guiding customers through the application and approval process. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, explaining product benefits and terms, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, following up on pending documentation,



and meeting sales targets while delivering skilled and ethical customer service.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills in financial services or a related sector, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and provide guidance in a professional manner.
Basic financial literacy and understanding of loans, insurance products, and related documentation processes.
Ability to work on-site in Vapi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured manner.
Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and standard office software to track leads and maintain records.
Prior experience in retail banking, NBFCs, or insurance sales is an advantage.
