Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who have personally sourced, negotiated, and successfully closed financing transactions will be strongly preferred.Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in:Securing unsecured/non-collateralized or collateral-light funding
Raising trade finance and working-capital facilities
Building relationships with alternative lenders
Negotiating financing terms
Managing lender due diligence
Closing financing documentation
Obtaining successful fund disbursements
Managing multiple lenders and financing facilities

Role
PurposeTake ownership of sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and securing trade finance,



working capital, alternative debt, and other funding facilities for the company's import-export and cross-border trading business.
Develop and manage relationships with international trade-finance platforms, fintech lenders, NBFCs, institutional lenders, and private credit funds.
Convert lender relationships into actual funding facilities and successful disbursements.
Manage the complete funding cycle from lender identification to successful disbursement.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and map suitable alternative trade-finance providers based on the company's trade corridors, buyers, suppliers, transaction structures, and funding requirements.
Identify and build relationships with trade-finance platforms and lenders, including:

Incomlend
Tradewind
Stenn
KredX
Velotrade
Demica
PrimaDollar
Other suitable international/domestic funding providers
Evaluate financing products such as:
Invoice Factori
