Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products.



This role demands a strategic individual with a deep understanding of the financial services sector, particularly in secured lending. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding the gold loan portfolio by building solid client relationships, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, risk assessment, and cross-selling of banking products to meet the bank's growth objectives while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive gold loan business growth.
Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants to ensure adherence to the bank’s lending policies.
