Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing raw materials and packaging, evaluating suppliers, and managing vendor relationships to support the company’s skincare product lines. Daily responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring supplier performance, managing purchase orders,



and ensuring timely deliveries in line with production schedules. The role involves close coordination with manufacturing, quality, finance, and marketing teams to maintain cost efficiency, product quality, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Qualifications
Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience in sourcing, vendor selection, and supplier performance management.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements with suppliers.
Experience in managing procurement processes within FMCG, cosmetics, or related manufacturing environments is preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
Comfort with ERP or procurement systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
