Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms to support client growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves developing content calendars, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and publishing posts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics,



optimize content and posting strategies, and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices to improve reach and engagement. Daily responsibilities include drafting and editing copy, managing community interactions and responses, and staying current with platform trends and algorithm changes. The role also requires preparing performance reports, recommending improvements based on data, and supporting broader digital and performance marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence on major platforms.
Effective Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
