Assettrust Services is hiring an HR - Talent Acquisition onto join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore ?

* Position: HR - Talent Acquisition
* Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
* Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Monday Off
* Immediate Joiners Preferred
* Remuneration: Best in the Industry

* Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job portals, and other channels
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
* Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding
* Maintain accurate recruitment reports and databases

* Mandatory Recruitment Target




Minimum 10 successful employee onboardings per month is mandatory.
The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.

* What We’re Looking For
✔️ Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔️ 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities
✔️ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
✔️ Experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or real estate recruitment will be an added advantage
✔️ English + Hindi/Tamil preferred
