Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting daily logistics and operational activities. This role involves coordinating shipments, tracking time-critical freight, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in operational systems. The Operations Assistant will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers to support smooth supply chain processes, address service issues,



and provide timely updates. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, monitoring delivery timelines, preparing reports, supporting compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous process improvements in operations.
