Role Description The Insurance Advisor role at Mitra is a full-time remote position focused on guiding customers through their insurance decisions and claim processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining policy options, and recommending suitable health, life, home, and cyber insurance products. The Insurance Advisor will support customers with claim-related queries, coordinate with internal claim experts, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, and providing clear, empathetic communication through phone, email, and digital channels. The Insurance Advisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and share insights on product enhancements.
Qualifications
