About DIRTS

DIRTS is a D2C health and wellness brand based in Noida. We design and sell products that help people
deal with their everyday pain problems, selling directly to customers through our own website and through
marketplaces.
Paid social is our main growth channel, so video ads are at the centre of how the business runs. Creative
is handled in-house — research, scripting, editing and media buying all sit within one small team — and
we test recent ads every week. Winners get scaled, the rest get cut, and what we learn goes into the next
batch. With no agencies or layers in between, the person writing the scripts sees exactly how their work
performs and has a direct hand in how the brand grows.

The Role

This is not a short-video-script job. You will write across formats — longer-form ads, short skits, emotional storytelling pieces, and whatever else the idea calls for. The format is open; the process is not. Research comes first, always.
You understand the customer, their problem and the language they use before a single line is written,



and then you design the script around that. Every script, whatever its length or style, has one job: to make someone stop, pay attention and buy.
You will write in Hindi and English, hand scripts to our editors ready for production, and see how each one performs so the next batch is better.

What You Will Do

• Research before writing — customer reviews, conversations, forums, competitor ads and comment
sections — so that every script is grounded in how real customers talk about their problem.
• Design scripts across formats: long-form explainers, short skits, emotional narratives, testimonial-style
pieces and direct-response cuts, each with hook variations.
• Maintain a library of customer language, angles, objections and story ideas for the team to draw from.
• Study high-performing D2C ads across formats and break down what makes them work.
• Work closely with the video editors so scripts are written for production.
