Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities for staff at the Gondia facility. This role involves maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, support compliance with labor laws and company policies,



and assist in implementing HR initiatives and training programs. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gondia, requiring close collaboration with management and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate payroll and attendance data.
Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing or industrial settings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or systems, with comfort working with spreadshee
