As we scale our brand presence and engagement, we’re looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes digital creator ecosystems. Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, course sign-ups, and community growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact micro and macro creators across tech, career, and upskilling verticals — negotiating contracts, timelines, and KPIs.
Collaborate with Content & Growth teams to co-create authentic, platform-native content that aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience intent.
Track campaign performance using UTM, promo codes,



and engagement metrics — translating insights into optimized strategies and scalable playbooks.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top creators, turning one-off activations into ongoing brand partnerships and advocacy.
Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, emerging creator trends, and competitive campaigns — proactively adapting strategy for maximum ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Influencer marketing platforms (AspireIQ, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar)
Content performance analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, platform-native insights)
Social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
Relationship management tools (CRM, Airtable, Notion)
Campaign budgeting & ROI reporting
Creator vetting & contract negotiation

Preferred

Experience in edtech, recruitment, or upskilling brands
Creator content co-creation & script development
Familiarity with creator mone
