We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team full-time in Mumbai.

We are seeking someone who can take ownership of our brand's marketing activities and contribute towards increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, improving online presence, and driving overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, campaign planning, and marketing strategy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Plan and execute overall digital marketing strategies for the brand.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and other relevant campaign formats.
* Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data,



and continuously optimise campaigns to improve results and ROI.
* Develop strategies for increasing website traffic, generating leads, and improving conversions.
* Work on SEO, keyword research, website optimisation, and overall digital visibility.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new launches, products, collections, promotions, and brand initiatives.
* Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
* Coordinate with the creative and content team to ensure marketing campaigns align with the brand's identity and objectives.
* Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
* Identify new marketing opportunities, platforms, tools, and strategies that can contribute to business growth.
* Contribute ideas towards overall brand positioning, growth strategy, and customer acquisition.
