About the Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Marketing Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, Sales Navigator, lead generation, and B2B outreach marketing.
The ideal candidate should understand the complete LinkedIn sales and outreach flow — from identifying the right prospects and building targeted lists to sending personalized connection requests, managing follow-ups, nurturing prospects, and generating qualified leads.
You should be comfortable working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and understand how to use its advanced search and filtering capabilities to identify decision-makers and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies for B2B lead generation.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator extensively for prospect research and lead identification.
Identify and target relevant decision-makers, business owners, CXOs,



founders, and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, designation, and other relevant parameters.
Manage the complete LinkedIn sales flow, including:
Prospect identification
Profile research
Connection requests
Personalized messaging
Follow-ups
Lead qualification
Lead nurturing
Appointment/meeting generation
Create personalized and engaging LinkedIn outreach messages based on different target audiences.
Develop systematic follow-up sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
Monitor outreach campaigns and track key metrics such as:
Connection acceptance rate
Response rate
Qualified leads
Meetings booked
Conversion rate
Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new prospecting opportunities.
