Role Description The MEP BIM Coordinator is a full-time role based in the Greater Kolkata Area,



offered in a hybrid mode with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The coordinator will manage and oversee MEP Building Information Models, ensuring accurate integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within multidisciplinary project models. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating MEP designs with architectural and structural teams, conducting clash detection, resolving coordination issues, and maintaining model integrity and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers and external stakeholders, preparing and updating BIM documentation, and supporting project delivery across different phases. The MEP BIM Coordinator will also contribute to process improvement, alignment with global BIM standards, and efficient project workflows.
