Role Description The Banquet Steward is responsible for supporting banquet operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in service and kitchen areas. This full time, on-site role is based at Leela Restaurant in Jabalpur and includes tasks such as setting up banquet equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling of tableware, and assisting with event preparation and breakdown. The Banquet Steward will work closely with the food and beverage team to replenish supplies, clear and reset banquet spaces, and follow safety and sanitation standards.
The role also involves cooperating with colleagues and responding to requests from the banquet and service teams to help deliver efficient and smooth events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including basic knowledge of banquet operations and handling of service equipment.
