Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales and Service department.
This role involves leading and managing sales initiatives and service delivery within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
Manage and nurture relationships with microfinance clients and individual banking customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
Lead the sales team by setting transparent objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of sales goals.
